Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Luca Sparazzo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Carl Ramos (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Sparazzo's entrance music is MegaDeth- This Day We FIGHT!. A fine choice. Ramos is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Blur - Song 2. Carl Ramos is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Luca Sparazzo!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 15 - 9 - 0, fighting out of London, Carl Ramos!
The judges for this bout are James Glass, Donald Grub and Colin Fotheringham.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sparazzo throws a right and a left that both miss.

Ramos closes the distance and pushes Sparazzo back into the cage.

Ramos ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Ramos no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Ramos is on top in guard.
Sparazzo is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Sparazzo wants to stand but Ramos is controlling the position.

Sparazzo manages to escape and get back to his feet.

Sparazzo shoots for a takedown but Ramos saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Ramos throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Sparazzo sees it coming and avoids it easily.

Sparazzo fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
Sparazzo rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Ramos moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Carl Ramos seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Ramos has Sparazzo up against the cage in a clinch.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Sparazzo tries to score a body lock takedown but Ramos shows good agility there to stay on his feet.

Ramos has his foot on Sparazzo's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Sparazzo works his way back into a safe position though.
Sparazzo wants to control from the top but Ramos keeps moving.

Sparazzo postures up in Ramos's guard and throws a big left but Ramos blocks it.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Sparazzois looking to pass into half guard but Ramos pushes him away with his feet and jumps on top - now Ramos is in guard.

Sparazzo trying desperately to get back to his feet here but he's not having any joy at all. He's going to tire himself out if he's not careful.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Ramos throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Sparazzo works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
Sparazzo is looking to stand up but Ramos isn't so interested in that idea.

Ramos wants to lay and pray for a moment but Sparazzo keeps working.
Ramos content to sit in half guard and control for a moment.
Sparazzo wants to get back to his feet.
Sparazzo is staying active underneath Ramos, who seems content to just control the action from this position.
Sparazzo is looking to escape.
Ramos wants to free his trapped foot but Sparazzo is holding on for dear life with his legs.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.

Ramos is working for a submission of some sort.
Ramos is keen to just control but Sparazzo is a slippery customer.

Sparazzo tries to push off, looking to stand up, but Ramos manages to move to mount!
Ramos landing strikes, looking to finish!
Ramos trying to control but he's not successful this time.
Sparazzo's corner are shouting for him to stand up but that's bad cornering - how is he meant to stand up when he's mounted? He should be looking to improve his position on the ground before trying to stand back up.
Sparazzo takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Ramos trying to control but he's not successful this time.
Ramos scores with a couple of good head shots there.
Ramos won't let Sparazzo get back to his feet... He wants to keep the fight where it is for now.

Ramos goes for an armbar but Sparazzo turns quickly into his guard - lovely anticipation from Sparazzo.

Ramos has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Sparazzo can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Sparazzo won't allow Ramos to sweep him here.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Sparazzo dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Ramos tries to clinch up but Sparazzo circles away and keeps his distance.
Ramos tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Sparazzo swivels and escapes.
Sparazzo fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Ramos avoids it really well and circles away.

Ramos lands with a short punch from the clinch.

Ramos rushes Sparazzo and presses him up against the cage.
Ramos drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Sparazzo gets the underhooks and prevents it.
Ramos is trying to pull guard but Sparazzo turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch.
Luca Sparazzo has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Carl Ramos.

Sparazzo turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Sparazzo manages to end up in side control.

Ramos has his feet on Sparazzo's thighs here. He's pushed Sparazzo off and worked for a very quick armbar from the bottom! He's flipped onto his stomach and he's cranking hard on the arm! Sparazzo screams in pain and taps out! This one is all over!
