Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Jacko Anselmo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Moa Soto (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Anselmo's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Amon Amarth-DEATH IN FIRE. The crowd seem to be enjoying Soto's choice of entrance music: kill switch engage-when darkness falls. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Jacko Anselmo!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Moa Soto!
The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Shimada, Yuuki Gou and Ren Mimura.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Anselmo lands a nice shot to the body.

Soto uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Anselmo.
Anselmo tries to bum rush Soto with a series of wild strikes but Soto uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Soto shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Soto shoots in looking for a takedown. Anselmo tries to sprawl out of it but Soto keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Anselmo manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Soto breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Anselmo lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

Anselmo throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Soto tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Anselmo is in Soto's guard.

The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.

The ref stands the fighters back up because Jacko Anselmo just wasn't active enough.
Anselmo thuds his right hand into Soto's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
Soto shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Anselmo defends it nicely.

Soto moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Soto is defended easily by Anselmo.

Soto is trying desperately to land a takedown but Anselmo is having absolutely none of it. This is turning into a bit of a nightmare for Soto.

A nice left hand lands by Anselmo.
