Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Bj Penn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Manuel Paquiao (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Paquiao ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Penn moves away.
Penn digs a good body shot into Paquiao's ribs.
Penn shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Paquiao defends it nicely.
Paquiao throws out a loose jab but Penn uses good head movement to avoid it.
Penn tries for a takedown but Paquiao sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Paquiao is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Paquiao throws a hook to the side of Penn's head but Penn sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.

Paquiao has given up his back - I don’t know if this is a deliberate ploy to try and escape or if he is just struggling down there.
Bj Penn overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
Penn is working for the choke. I would put my money on him to finish from this position. He's rolled onto his back and has dragged Paquiao with him. Paquiao is trying to defend but Penn has an arm under the chin now! Paquiao grimaces and is forced to tap out!
