Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Jeff Stout (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Keima Matsumoto (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Matsumoto's choice of entrance music: I.V. by X-Japan. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Keima Matsumoto!
The judges for this bout are Tatsuya Matsuyama, Shirou Masuda and Hirohito Nitta.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stout fails with the takedown.
Stout shoots in for a double leg but Matsumoto sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.

Stout wants to stand but Matsumoto has hold of a leg and an arm, so he's trapped for now.

Matsumoto pushes a forearm under Stout's chin to create some space. He's escaped his hips and pivoted quickly for an armbar! Can he extend the arm? Yes, Stout is tapping out! Damn, that was fast!
