These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Morgan throws a left and a right that both miss
and Nongkeeswuit counters with a low kick, right behind Morgan 's knee.
Nongkeeswuit blocks a head kick by Morgan.
Morgan swinging wildly here.
Nongkeeswuit avoids a punch combination nicely.
Nongkeeswuit moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.
Nongkeeswuit throws a nice looking combination but Morgan bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

Nongkeeswuit lands a jab followed by a vicious hook that sends Morgan sprawling to the canvas. Nongkeeswuit follows him down, looking for the kill. Can Morgan hang on?

Morgan is rocked!

It looks like Derrick Morgan has been cut.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.

Nongkeeswuit decides to stand and escape the position.
Oh Morgan is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Nongkeeswuit lands a nice leg kick that just misses Morgan's sensitive parts.
Morgan seems to have got his legs back now.

Morgan tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Nongkeeswuit was well out of range. Poor timing from Morgan.

Nongkeeswuit lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Morgan circles away quickly and effectively.
Morgan attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin.

An inside leg kick lands from Nongkeeswuit.
Nongkeeswuit misses with a two punch combination.
That kick from Nongkeeswuit tenderised Morgan's leg. Morgan is trying to keep his angry face on.

Nongkeeswuit clinches up with Morgan and pushes him back against the cage.

Nongkeeswuit throws a nice outside leg kick.
Morgan throws a series of punches but Nongkeeswuit avoids them all with ease.

Nongkeeswuit scores with a one two! Morgan had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.
Nongkeeswuit tried to score with a low kick but Morgan checks it.
Morgan ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Nongkeeswuit moves away.
A head kick by Morgan misses
and Nongkeeswuit counters with a thumping low kick.
Morgan finds himself stumbling back on wobbly legs after being clipped by a right hand. He's up against the cage, ducking and weaving under Nongkeeswuit's strikes but an uppercut finds it's way through and Morgan falls! - He's completely out of it and the ref jumps in to save him!
