Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the welterweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
5 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Vlad Trance!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

9 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Chris The Great!
The judges for this bout are Shirou Masuda, Yasuomi Hirokawa and Ren Mimura.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The Great shoots in looking for a takedown. Trance tries to sprawl out of it but The Great keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Trance manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
The Great misses with a takedown attempt - Trance sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.

Vlad Trance has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Chris The Great.
Trance throws a body punch but The Great moves out of range.
The Great closes the distance and clinches up with Trance, looking for a takedown. The Great pushes Trance against the cage but Trance circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Trance shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
A looping hook to the body misses from Trance. The Great does a little dance to reset his feet.

If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.
Trance looking to hit a scissor sweep but The Great is one step ahead there.
Trance isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. The Great stacks Trance on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by The Great!
Trance tries to bench press The Great off him but The Great keeps the position.
That's one minute gone in the round.
The Great has worked his way into a potential kimura here. Trance is trying to get out of the position but his squirming has just got him deeper into trouble. The Great yanks on the arm and Trance is forced to tap due to a very painful looking submission! Nice work by The Great.
