Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Roberto Hernando (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Yamata Orochi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hernando kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Parasite . Orochi has a pretty significant injury - he really shouldn't be fighting right now but he's a warrior and he's here none the less! Yamata Orochi acknowledges the crowd's support as he enters the cage.

Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

8 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Yamata Orochi!
The judges for this bout are Bruno Hogan, Donatello Bradman and Summer Carpenter.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Orochi tries to keep at a distance but Hernando has taken the fight into the clinch.
Orochi looks gassed!
Orochi goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
Hernando landing knees to the body. They look like they could hurt.
Hernando breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Hernando throws a nice outside leg kick.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Hernando digs a good body shot into Orochi's ribs.
Nice body kick there by Hernando.
Hernando turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Hernando lands an overhand right.
It looks like Yamata Orochi has been cut.
Hernando wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Roberto Hernando seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Orochi takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Orochi on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
A punch combination from Hernando misses.
A good leg kick by Hernando.
Hernando throws a right hand that Orochi ducks under and follows up with a left that Orochi also avoids with ease.
Hernando darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
Hernando drops Orochi with a beautiful combination! Orochi stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Hernando is looking for the KO!
Hernando cracks Orochi with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Orochi looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Hernando finish him?
Orochi is rocked!

Hernando throws a nice outside leg kick.
Orochi is still on wobbly legs! Can Hernando finish him?
Orochi on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
Hernando finds Orochi's off switch, with a big overhand right that connects perfectly to the side of the head! Orochi flops back against the cage, eyes gazing into the distance. Hernando lands an unnecessary shot before the referee has time to step in and end the fight. Brutal stuff but I'm sure Orochi will be OK.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:12 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Roberto Hernando!

Roberto Hernando was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.
