Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Billy Watkins (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Oresko Vitch (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The judges for this bout are Sam Margolis, Paul Tew and Richard Clark.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Watkins fails with a takedown attempt.
Watkins blocks a head kick by Vitch.

Vitch moves into range and clinches up with Watkins.

Vitch decides to pull guard.
Vitch has control of Watkins's left arm, preventing Watkins from doing any damage.

Vitch looking for a guillotine here but Watkins defends easily.
Vitch striking off his back but it's not causing Watkins any problems.
Watkins passes Vitch's right leg, so he's now in half guard.
Vitch manages to get to full guard.
Vitch is controlling Watkins's posture.
Watkins could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.

Vitch manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Watkins manages to get himself to full guard.
Vitch seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Watkins is breathing heavily.
It looks like Vitch might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Vitch's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.

The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by Oresko Vitch.

Vitch has Watkins up against the cage in a clinch.
Watkins wants a takedown.
Vitch throws a hook to the body. More of an arm punch but it's all scoring with the judges.
Vitch has Watkins pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Watkins manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.
Vitch has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Watkins avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.

Vitch has his foot on Watkins's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Watkins works his way back into a safe position though.

Watkins got a little sloppy there for a moment and Vitch has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Watkins has managed to get both his arms back between Vitch's legs - danger averted.

Vitch is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Watkins is aware though and is defending well.

Watkins looking to sit in guard and control but Vitch gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.

Watkins tries to close the distance and clinch up but Vitch swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Vitch looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.

Vitch ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Vitch no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.

Vitch lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Watkins!

OK we're going to have a standup here. Oresko Vitch hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.
Watkins wants to clinch up but Vitch keeps it at a distance.

Vitch moves into range and clinches up with Watkins.

The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Vitch takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life.
Vitch is trying to force a seperation but Watkins has the dominant position.

Vitch scrambles and gets back to his feet.
Vitch shoots in looking for a takedown. Watkins tries to sprawl out of it but Vitch keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Watkins manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Billy Watkins seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Nice takedown defense from Watkins. No joy for Vitch on that attempt.
Billy Watkins has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Oresko Vitch.
Watkins shoots in looking for a takedown but Vitch manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Watkins's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
The step up in weight doesn't seem to be a problem for Vitch. He's performing admirably here against the bigger man.

Vitch shoots for a double leg takedown but Watkins sprawls well. He's pushed Vitch's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Vitch dives in and grabs Watkins's left leg, looking for a takedown. Watkins pushes down on Vitch's head and hops out.

Well Vitch has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
