Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Marcus Krunov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Roberto Duran (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Krunov shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.
Duran looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.
Duran is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Krunov is controlling him.
Krunov chips away with some ground and pound.

Duran tries to land a sweep but no joy.

Krunov gets to his feet. Duran looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son!

Duran decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!
Duran not throwing his punches with enough precision this time.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.
Krunov tries to get to full guard but Duran has control of the leg.

Krunov looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
Krunov is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Duran wants to control from the top but Krunov keeps moving.
Krunov manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
Krunov scoring with strikes but Duran is staying in there.
Duran is trying desperately to improve position.
Duran looks gassed!

Krunov has control of Duran's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Duran regains control of the situation pretty easily.
Duran regains half guard.
Duran blocking the ground and pound attempt from Krunov.
Duran misses with some strikes from the bottom.

Duran is looking for a sweep. Krunov is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Duran taking some punishment here, with Krunov in his half guard.
The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Krunov lands a nice short elbow.

Krunov looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Duran makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Duran.
Duran has momentary wrist control but Krunov slips an elbow through the middle.

Duran wants to stand up but Krunov is controlling him.
Krunov passes Duran's left leg - he's now in half guard.
Duran is staying active underneath Krunov, who seems content to just control the action from this position.

Krunov in half guard on the top. He's looking for a kimura... He's got it locked and he's managed to free his trapped foot. Duran tries to escape but it's on too tight and he has to tap! Great BJJ skills there from Krunov!
