Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Joel Singapore (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Johnny Blaze (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Blaze is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by John Blaze - Fat Joe Ft. Nas, Big Pun, Raekwon. Johnny Blaze is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the bantamweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 8 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Joel Singapore!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 12 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Johnny Blaze!
The judges for this bout are Tatsuya Matsuyama, Shirou Masuda and Yasuomi Hirokawa.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Singapore uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Blaze.
Singapore thumps Blaze with a low kick.

Singapore lands with a light punch inside.

Singapore manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

Singapore scrambles and gets back to his feet.

Blaze throws a right and a left that Singapore avoids nicely.
Singapore really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Blaze does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.

Singapore closes the distance and pushes Blaze back into the cage.
Oh Singapore is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Singapore seems to have got his legs back now.

Singapore jumps into guard, dragging Blaze to the mat.

Blaze avoids a guillotine attempt easily.

Singapore escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Blaze gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Blaze wants to get up but he can't break Singapore's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.

Singapore is working an open guard so Blaze takes the opportunity to get back to his feet.

Blaze throws a hook but Singapore blocks it.

Blaze throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Singapore tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.

Singapore shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.

Singapore makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Singapore got a little sloppy there for a moment and Blaze has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Singapore has managed to get both his arms back between Blaze's legs - danger averted.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Singapore postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.

Nice combo by Blaze! Oh, that's hurt him - Singapore falls to the canvas and Blaze follows him into side control.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Singapore has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Blaze to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Singapore is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Blaze pulls down on the head and he's put Singapore to sleep! This one is all over!
