Williams's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Jester. Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

Likienstine closes the distance and clinches.

Williams has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Likienstine is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.

Williams drops down looking for an ankle pick but Likienstine pulls his leg out and moves away.

Williams shoots in for a takedown but Likienstine shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.

Likienstine is looking to stand up but Williams isn't so interested in that idea.

Likienstine has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Williams can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Williams sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Likienstine's guard.

Williams has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
