And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Alexandre Firmino, Daniel Cesar and Leandro Rodrigues.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rodrigues closes the distance and pushes Avila back into the cage.
Rodrigues turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Rodrigues manages to end up in side control.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.
Avila wants to control but Rodrigues postures up.
Rodrigues trying to control the position but Avila is working away.
Rodrigues has an Americana. Avila didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Rodrigues is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Rodrigues hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
