The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Toe misses with a body shot.
Toe throws a sloppy head kick
and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick.
Calzaghe throws a series of punches but Toe moves out of range.
Horrible takedown by Calzaghe or perhaps it was just good defense by Toe which made him look bad.
Nice sprawl there from Toe as Calzaghe shoots in.
A low kick from Toe is predictable there
and Calzaghe counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Toe fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Calzaghe checks it well.
Calzaghe gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
Calzaghe misses with a few strikes there.
Bong Toe seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Calzaghe moves out of range of the body kick.
Calzaghe misses with a series of wild punches.
Calzaghe steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Toe.
That kick from Toe tenderised Calzaghe's leg. Calzaghe is trying to keep his angry face on.
Calzaghe moves out of range as Toe throws a body kick.
Toe throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
Toe tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Calzaghe was well out of range. Poor timing from Toe.
Toe throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Calzaghe wants to clinch up but Toe keeps it at a distance.

Nice straight punches there by Toe. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Toe.
Calzaghe throws a right and a left that Toe avoids nicely.
Calzaghe looks to land a combination but Toe avoids it well.
Toe lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Toe throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Calzaghe misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Toe throws a head kick that misses.
Toe listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Bong Toe is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Calzaghe moves out of range of the body kick.

Toe misses with a left hand
and Calzaghe counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Calzaghe uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Toe.
The fighters circling - Toe throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Toe throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.
Toe throws a leg kick but Calzaghe sees it coming and moves out of range.
Toe lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!

It looks like Joe Calzaghe has been cut.
Calzaghe drops his hands momentarily and Toe takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Calzaghe is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Toe throws a half hearted mid kick.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Toe ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Toe throws a right and a left that both miss.
Calzaghe tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Toe manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Toe swings for the body but Calzaghe moves out of range.
Toe misses the shot to the body.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Toe waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Calzaghe.
Toe lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Toe tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Calzaghe is able to avoid easily.
Calzaghe on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.

Toe throws a body punch but Calzaghe moves out of range.
Toe misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Calzaghe.
Calzaghe avoids the body shot from Toe.
Crunch! Toe slams his shin into Calzaghe's torso.
Calzaghe takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Toe ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Calzaghe moves away.
Toe gets in close and tags Calzaghe with a short punch that almost sends Calzaghe to the mat! Oh Calzaghe is in big trouble! He turns his back on Toe, trying to create some distance but Toe rushes him, striking wildly and Calzaghe goes down! The referee tackles Toe into the cage to end the fight! Toe is one violent man!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:43 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Bong Toe!
