Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Bobby Hill (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Aeron Scarret (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Aeron Scarret is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, Frank Antenori and Don Winkell.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hill avoids the head kick by Scarret.
Scarret dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Hill. That did some damage!
Scarret connects with a high kick.

Hill throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Scarret was covering up waiting for the punch and Hill finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Scarret keeping moving, preventing Hill from controlling successfully.
Scarret is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
Hill looking to control the position here, rather than advance.

Scarret utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
Hill stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Scarret swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
Hill displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Scarret throws out the jab.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.

Scarret has Hill up against the cage in a clinch.
Hill jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Scarret walks away with a smile on his face. Hill gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Scarret lands with a thumping leg kick.
Scarret misses with a double jab.

Scarret turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.

Scarret has a couple of punches blocked by Hill.
Scarret doesn't land with the attempted body shot.
Scarret can't find room to land a body shot as Hill controls the action.
Hill fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Scarret missing with knees to the body.
Scarret tries to work over Hill's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.

Hill gets control of Scarret's arms and successfully pulls guard. Hill will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Scarret is looking to stand up but Hill won't let him.
Hill is trying to control the position from the bottom.

Hill isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Scarret stacks Hill on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Scarret!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Hill is positioning himself to get back to half guard.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Scarret blocks a jab.
Hill shoots in but no luck this time.
Scarret throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land.
Scarret connects with a leg kick. Hill looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.
Hill dodges the punch combination from Scarret.
Hill misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
A nice inside leg kick there by Scarret. That's going to slow Hill down.

Hill shoots in for a takedown but Scarret shows good takedown defense.

Scarret connects with an inside leg kick.
Hill doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Scarret counters with a straight right hand.
Scarret changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.

Scarret looks to throw the jab but Hill is out of range.
Scarret attempts a low kick but it misses it's target.

Scarret is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Hill.

This has been an exciting period of action!
Scarret tries to clinch but Hill is having none of it.
Hill fails to land the takedown.
Scarret misses with a hook. Hill ducked under it nicely.
Hill throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Hill takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Hill takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.

The fighters are starting to get sweaty, which will make takedowns a bit more tricky.
Scarret does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
Scarret plants his feet and lands a nice head kick!

Hill is rocked!
Scarret fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Hill has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Oh Hill is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Hill throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Scarret's waist but Scarret gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Hill off to one side.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Scarret lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.

The fight moves into the clinch position.
Hill stalling in the clinch but Scarret improves position.
Scarret lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Hill backwards.
Scarret lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Hill backwards.
Hill tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.

Scarret lands a big knee to the head and Hill goes down! Scarret pounces and finishes the fight with strikes! He jumps to his feet and celebrates with the crowd!
