Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Barb Dwyer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Cloud Strife (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Strife has chosen One Winged Angel by The Black Mages as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are James Ackerman, Steven Brown and Chris Edwards.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dwyer misses with a hook.
Strife scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
Dwyer looks like he's trying to stand up.
Strife thows a big elbow that misses, also allowing Dwyer to regain full guard.
Strife has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

Strife throws a strike but Dwyer rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.
Dwyer tries to stand but Strife is controlling from the bottom.

Dwyer got a little sloppy there for a moment and Strife has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Dwyer has managed to get both his arms back between Strife's legs - danger averted.

Strife fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Dwyer avoids it really well and circles away.

Dwyer misses with a telegraphed body shot
and Strife counters with a three punch combo that has Dwyer backing up. Dwyer nods at Strife to acknowledge the strikes.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Strife uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Dwyer.
A slow jab from Dwyer misses its intended target.
Strife shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Dwyer napping and manages to drive through into side control!

Strife thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
Strife goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Dwyer has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Strife but great work by Dwyer.
Dwyer has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand.
Strife looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Strife.
Barb Dwyer has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Cloud Strife.
Dwyer stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Dwyer wants it to stay on the feet.

Dwyer throws a shot from downtown. Strife moves away and avoids it.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Strife dives in and grabs Dwyer's left leg, looking for a takedown. Dwyer pushes down on Strife's head and hops out.

Dwyer throws a nice looking combination but Strife bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

Strife is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Dwyer is just riding it out for now. Strife eventually gives up the hold.
Cloud Strife has got the better of the ground game so far.
Strife tries to pass the half guard into mount. Dwyer knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.
Strife seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Dwyer does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

Strife stops Dwyer from getting back to his feet.
Strife looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Dwyer with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
Strife seems to be looking for submissions.
Strife wants to lay and pray for a moment but Dwyer keeps working.
Strife wants to get back to his feet.

Strife seems to be working for a kimura but Dwyer defends the submission attempt.
Strife throwing shots but Dwyer is blocking nicely.
Strife is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Dwyer sees it coming and defends easily.
Strife is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Dwyer defends it well.

Strife is controlling the pace.
Strife is stalling here. Dwyer is in no mood to hang around though. He's locked up a kimura from the bottom! Strife seems to be keeping calm but he's forced to roll out of the hold and Dwyer has ended up in side control on the top. Nice work.
Dwyer decides to stand back up.
Dwyer throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Cloud Strife showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!
Strife uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Dwyer.

Strife shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Dwyer sprawls well. Dwyer wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Strife gets slowly back to his feet.

Dwyer lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Strife circles away quickly and effectively.

Strife is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Dwyer doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Strife.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Dwyer kicks off Strife and gets to his feet.
Strife shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Dwyer as he jumps to the side.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Strife.
Strife shoots in but Dwyer avoids the takedown attempt easily.
And that's the end of the fight!
That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Barb Dwyer.
I think Strife has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
