Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Jackson Savage (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rolando Mann (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Savage comes to the cage accompanied by Bon Jovi - It's my life. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Savage lands a high kick to the side of Mann's head that stuns him and send him tumbling down to the canvas! Savage dives into guard, looking to finish.
Mann is trying to keep Savage in close.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Savage working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.
Savage has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Mann wants to stand and escape but Savage is having none of it.

Savage drops back looking for a leg! Mann is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Mann manages to kick Savage off! Savage jumps back into Mann's guard.

Mann tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Savage manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

Savage throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Mann was covering up waiting for the punch and Savage finishes the takedown easily into guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

and Savage counters with a nice low kick that buckles Mann's knee momentarily.
Savage lands with a kick to the temple. Mann shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"
Mann displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Savage.
Jackson Savage seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Savage fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Mann sprawls well initially but Savage persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
