Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kurt Sloane (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Otto Kaikkonen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Sloane might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Beautiful. Kaikkonen comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Duran Duran - WIld Boys kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Kurt Sloane has a significant reach advantage - let's see if he can make it count.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Sloane breaks the clinch.

Sloane closes the distance and clinches.

Sloane manages to break the clinch.

Kaikkonen rushes Sloane and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.

Kaikkonen misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Sloane throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Kaikkonen's head.

Kaikkonen closes the distance and pushes Sloane back into the cage.
Kaikkonen connects with a knee to the head.

Sloane breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Sloane tries a head kick but it misses.

Kaikkonen rushes Sloane and presses him up against the cage.
Kaikkonen throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Sloane blocks it with crossed arms.

Sloane breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Kaikkonen takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Whack! Sloane lands a heavy head kick that drops Kaikkonen. The ref tackles Sloane to stop the fight - a great save by the referee because Kaikkonen was done.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:01 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Head Kick). Kurt Sloane!
