Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Tarja Halkonen, Ben Zyskovitsi and Roosa Järviläinen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
That kick from Neponen tenderised Pallihiki's leg. Pallihiki is trying to keep his angry face on.
Neponen misses with a body shot.
Some wild striking there from Neponen.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Neponen.
Neponen closes the distance and clinches up with Pallihiki, looking for a takedown. Neponen pushes Pallihiki against the cage but Pallihiki circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Pallihiki tries to keep at a distance but Neponen has taken the fight into the clinch.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Neponen enables Pallihiki to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Neponen manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.
Neponen escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Pallihiki gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
