A fine choice. Beefheart is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Yellow Snow. Captain Beefheart has the eye of the tiger tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Newman lands with an overhand left.

It looks like Captain Beefheart has been cut.
Beefheart stuffs the takedown.
Newman looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Newman throws a wild body kick that Beefheart sees coming a mile off.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Newman thows a left - swing and a miss!
Newman slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Newman lands a big uppercut and Beefheart crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Beefheart looks OK. Newman waves Beefheart back to his feet!

Beefheart is rocked!
Newman ducks down into range and throws a picture perfect right hook that connects with Beefheart's jaw. Beefheart's eyes stare off into space as he falls to the mat, out cold! Newman does the decent thing and steps back, rather than landing any shots to his unconscious opponent.
