Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Jobson Richie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kiwi Bird (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bird has a niggling injury. He would have liked to come in 100% fit but that's not always possible. Kiwi Bird is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Richie closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
Richie has hold of Bird's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Bird seems comfortable defending it but Richie has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Bird is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Bird is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Richie couldn't care less - he's delighted!
