Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Eric Kilgore (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Steve Charriot (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kilgore has a takedown stuffed.
Charriot leaves Kilgore with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Charriot misses with a wild combination.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Charriot connects with a nice short shot to Kilgore's temple.

Steve Charriot showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

Charriot lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage.

Kilgore tries for a takedown but Charriot sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.

Charriot gets caught napping as Kilgore dives in and scores a takedown. Charriot manages to retain guard.
Charriot is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage.

Charriot wants to control but Kilgore postures up.

Kilgore is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Charriot knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.

Kilgore goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Charriot has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Kilgore but great work by Charriot.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Well Charriot has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
