Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ferret Rocha (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Chester Taylor (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Taylor shoots in for a takedown but Rocha shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Taylor fails with a takedown attempt.
Rocha throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Rocha throws a nice inside leg kick.
Taylor looks to throw the jab but Rocha is out of range.
Taylor pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Rocha back to the cage. Taylor follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.

Ferret Rocha's cut is getting worse.
Rocha tries a head kick but it misses.
Rocha sizes up Taylor with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
Rocha lunges at Taylor with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Taylor's hand.

Taylor wants the takedown. Rocha is fighting it off but Taylor persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Rocha's guard against the cage.

Taylor chips away with some ground and pound.

Taylor gets to his feet - Rocha follows without any prompting.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Taylor is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Rocha's half guard.
Rocha is looking to get back to is feet but Taylor passes into side control.

Rocha knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Taylor on the ground.

Rocha sneaks out the side door and pushes Taylor away - he's back to his feet. The crowd show their appreciation for the escape.

Rocha will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.
Taylor shoots in looking for a takedown but Rocha manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Taylor's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Ferret Rocha has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Chester Taylor.

Taylor takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Rocha keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.

Taylor is rocked!
Taylor loses concentration momentarily and Rocha pounces with a three punch combo! Right, left, right! Taylor crashes face first to the mat, out cold! Rocha finishes this one with a fantastically precise combo! Great stuff.
