The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A left lands for Armsworth.
Diaz takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket.

Armsworth fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Diaz, pushing him back against the cage.

Armsworth pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Diaz pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Armsworth back to the cage. Diaz follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Armsworth looks to throw the jab but Diaz is out of range.
Diaz closes this distance looking for a takedown but Armsworth circles away.

Armsworth drops Diaz with a beautiful combination! Diaz stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Armsworth is looking for the KO!

Diaz is rocked!

It looks like Nate Diaz has been cut.

Armsworth shoots in for a takedown. SLAM! Brutal! Diaz is out cold and this one is all over!
