Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mooney Rutten (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Huey Freeman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Huey Freeman!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice sprawl there from Rutten as Freeman shoots in.
Freeman shoots in but no luck this time.
Rutten lands a really nice looking cross but Freeman seems unphased.
Rutten thows a body shot but no joy.
Freeman looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Mooney Rutten has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Huey Freeman.
Freeman fails with the takedown.
Mooney Rutten seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Rutten throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Rutten darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Rutten throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Rutten moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.
Rutten throws a right and a left that Freeman avoids nicely.
Freeman shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Rutten but Rutten pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Freeman closes the distance and clinches up with Rutten, looking for a takedown. Freeman pushes Rutten against the cage but Rutten circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Rutten rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Freeman moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Freeman dives in and grabs Rutten's left leg, looking for a takedown. Rutten pushes down on Freeman's head and hops out.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Rutten lands a nice shot that snaps Freeman's head back.
Freeman takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.

Rutten rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Freeman moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
A jab from Rutten does it's job there.
Rutten cracks Freeman with a hook to the temple - Freeman is on wobbly legs here! Rutten swarms him with hook after hook, landing with each one! Freeman falls to the canvas face first and the referee dives in to stop the fight! Rutten wins by TKO!
