Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ice Cube (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Nate MacRally (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Cube comes to the cage accompanied by Bow Down. MacRally is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Red Rider - Lunatic Fringe. Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

MacRally throws a front kick aimed at Cube's knee but Cube avoids it well.

MacRally stalks Cube and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Cube's face. Cube staggers backwards, shaken.
MacRally fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Cube avoids it really well and circles away.

Cube looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.

Cube seems to be working for a kimura but MacRally defends the submission attempt.
Cube seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but MacRally does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Cube wants to lay and pray for a moment but MacRally keeps working.
It looks like Cube is going to stand back up.
MacRally holds on for dear life, maintaining half guard for now.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
MacRally displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Cube throws out the jab.
MacRally closes this distance looking for a takedown but Cube circles away.

MacRally takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Cube loads up on a big right hand but MacRally slips the punch.

and MacRally counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Cube's corner calls for a 1, 2 combination and Cube duly obliges.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

MacRally cracks Cube with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.

and Cube counters with a stiff right hand.
MacRally defending well as Cube loads up on a big left hand.
Cube shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as MacRally sprawls well. MacRally wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Cube gets slowly back to his feet.

MacRally closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Cube quickly recovers to half guard.
