The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Stone looking to score a takedown here. Kopacz is defending well but Stone drives through and ends up in Kopacz's guard.
Hammerfist, elbow! yells Stone's corner. There ya go! There ya go!
Stone lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard.
Stone keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Kopacz's head.
Kopacz preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage.
Kopacz wants to sweep here but Stone controlling him for the moment.
Kopacz really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Stone. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Stone makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Kopacz is working an open guard so Stone takes the opportunity to get back to his feet.
Kopacz moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.

Stone looks for a takedown but Kopacz sprawls well.

Kopacz is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Will he stop it?? One more big shot from Stone and the ref steps in to end the fight! Stone can't hide his delight as he celebrates with his corner.
