Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are James Ackerman, Colin Fotheringham and James Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Da Costa doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Sheeks counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Sheeks connects with a body shot.
Da Costa tries to score a power double leg takedown but Sheeks sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Da Costa somewhat.
Da Costa has his takedown stuffed
and Sheeks counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Adriano Da Costa. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Da Costa is breathing heavily.
Sheeks fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Da Costa looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Da Costa shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Sheeks steps into range and cracks Da Costa with a monster punch that buckles his knees! Da Costa flops backwards and Sheeks dives into his guard looking to finish!
Da Costa is rocked!
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.
Sheeks is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.
Oh Da Costa is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Sheeks arches his back and unloads with a massive left and a right! Da Costa's eyes roll back into his head, he's out cold! The ref dives in to stop the fight - wow, they were hard shots!
