Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Jack Torrance (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Drew Diaz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Torrance kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Shadow on the Sun by Audioslave. There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Jack Torrance!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Drew Diaz!
The judges for this bout are Gregory Folan, Robert Douchet and Ian Loll.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Diaz throws a head kick but Torrance moves out of range.
Diaz misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Torrance misses with a wild body shot.
Drew Diaz seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Torrance avoids the head kick by Diaz.
Torrance stalks Diaz and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Diaz's face. Diaz staggers backwards, shaken.

It looks like Drew Diaz has been cut.
Torrance throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Diaz sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Torrance stuffs the takedown attempt from Diaz. Diaz gets slowly back to his feet.
Torrance throws a body punch but Diaz moves out of range.
Torrance punishes Diaz's body with a nice straight punch.
Diaz looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Torrance is fending him off so far but Diaz persists. Nope, Torrance circles away and we're back to standing.
Diaz fails with an attempt to clinch.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Diaz tries to clinch up.
Diaz dodges the punch combination from Torrance.
Diaz drops his hands momentarily and Torrance takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Diaz will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.
Torrance connects with a right that clearly hurt Diaz. He's backed up against the ropes with nowhere to go as Torrance proceeds to tee off with vicious combinations till Diaz collapses and taps out under the pressure!
