Marciano's entrance music is 2PAC - NO MORE PAIN. A fine choice. Silva is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Lil Wayne- I'm Me. The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Silva gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here.

Marciano clobbers Silva with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.

Silva shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.

A nice leg kick lands there from Marciano.
Marciano feints and then cracks Silva's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Silva down.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Marciano fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Silva looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Silva takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Silva ducks right into an uppercut from Marciano.
Silva is still on wobbly legs! Can Marciano finish him?

Marciano throws a nice looking combination but Silva bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

Marciano scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Silva seems to have recovered his senses.
Silva moves forwards but Marciano connects with a nice, crisp jab.

Silva has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Marciano finds it's way round the side to connect with Silva's head.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Marciano lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.

A jab from Marciano finds it's way through Silva's defenses.
Marciano cracks Silva with a nasty uppercut that draws ooohs from the crowd and sends Silva tumbling backwards onto the mat. He tries to recover but Marciano pounces and lands a hail of unanswered strikes that forces the referee to step in to end the fight! Silva is not happy but he gave the referee no choice!
