And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are John Mangel, Damien Edna and Winston Howard.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mahones blocks the body kick.
Brown with a jab.
Brown throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
Leroy Brown seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Brown pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Brown looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it.
Brown misses with a body shot.
Brown lets loose with a powerful body kick. Mahones will feel that in the morning.
Brown misses with a hook.
Mahones throws a nice looking combination but Brown bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Brown circles away from the clinch attempt.
Brown cracks Mahones with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Mahones lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Brown circles away quickly and effectively.
Mahones drops his hands momentarily and Brown takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Mahones misses the shot to the body.
Brown throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Mahones's waist but Mahones gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Brown off to one side.
Mahones takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Mahones avoids a punch combination nicely.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Mahones avoids the body shot from Brown.
Mahones misses the shot to the body.
Brown thumps Mahones with a low kick.
Brown misses with a kick to the body.
A punch lands to the side of Mahones 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Brown connects with a nice looking jab.
Mahones tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Brown paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Brown throws a leg kick but Mahones checks it.
Brown cracks Mahones with an uppercut from hell and Mahones crumples to the canvas, he's out! Oh no, he's recovered and he's grabbed one of Brown's legs and pulled him into guard. The ref thought about stopping it there but he's let it go - good reffing!
Mahones is rocked!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.
Mahones is trying to keep Brown in close.
Mahones wants to control but instead he gets his guard passed and Brown is now in half guard.
Mahones wants to get back to full guard.

Mahones is staying active underneath Brown, who seems content to just control the action from this position.
Brown thows a huge punch but Mahones dodges it nicely.
Mahones wants to get back to his feet.
Brown has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Brown has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount.
Brown with a couple of short strikes.
Brown lands with some vicious ground and pound - can Mahones hang on?
Brown lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning.
Mahones is still in real trouble! Can Brown finish him?
Brown lands a big shot to the head and Mahones winces in pain. He's tapped out due to strikes!
