Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Bod Zio (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Keith Davis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Zio kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Old Mcdonald had a farm. Keith Davis is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Davis lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Zio circles away quickly and effectively.
Zio uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Davis.
Davis throws a combination. Zio tries to block but a couple of punches get through.
Zio lands with a cross.

That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Davis crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Zio - the referee stops the clock and Davis gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Zio. Davis manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
Davis looks to score with a jab to the body but Zio is just out of range.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Zio fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Davis.
Davis uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.

Zio fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Davis manages to avoid it.

Davis takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Zio bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick.
Zio lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.

Keith Davis is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Zio misses with a head kick.
Zio looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.

Zio shoots in looking for a takedown. Davis tries to sprawl out of it but Zio keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Davis manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Zio lands with a kick to the temple. Davis shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"

It looks like Keith Davis has been cut.

Ohhhhh! A huge head kick from Zio! Davis is out on his feet! Zio rushes in and throws more strikes. The ref is looking closely - Davis is covering up but the punishment is just too much and the ref steps in to stop the fight! Davis is staring into space, just thankful that the beatdown has ended. Brutal finish.
