Dank comes to the cage accompanied by let the bodies hit the floor. Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Connor slaps away a takedown attempt from Dank, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Dank dives in and grabs Connor's left leg, looking for a takedown. Connor pushes down on Dank's head and hops out.
Connor lands the left hand.

It looks like John Dank has been cut.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Connor breaks the clinch.
A combination from Connor does no damage.
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Connor, right into the meat.

Connor drops Dank with a beautiful combination! Dank stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Connor is looking for the KO!

Connor has closed the distance and engaged Dank in a clinch.
Oh Dank is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Connor breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Nice defenses there by Connor.
Dank is trying hard to land a takedown here. Connor sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Dank seems to have got his legs back now.

Connor feints a jab and as Dank dips his head, Connor unleashes a brutal head kick that catches Dank right on the jaw! Timbeeer! Dank falls backwards in slow motion, only propped up by the cage! Connor smiles a psychotic smile as he stares down his unconscious opponent. That is a scary man.
