Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Philip Power (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Super Cow (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Cow comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Samurai tune kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Philip Power is staring across the ring at his opponent, tweaking his nipples... Tweaking his own nipples that is.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Power avoids a kick to the body.
Cow pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
Cow throws an off balance right hand
and Power makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick.
Super Cow seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Cow throws a head kick that misses
and Power counters with a low kick, right behind Cow 's knee.
Nice uppercut there from Cow.
Power tries to clinch but Cow moves out of range.
Cow misses with a leg kick.
Power looks to clinch
and Cow cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Power takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Cow uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Power has time to react.
Power moves out of range as Cow strikes.
Cow ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Power moves away.

and Power counters with a nice double leg into side control. Cow won't be happy with that.

Cow is trying to get back to half guard.
Power grinds an elbow into Cow's temple.
Power throws an elbow but Cow slips to the side and avoids it well.
Power has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Cow is looking to regain half guard here but Power keeps moving and retains side control.

Power goes for an armbar! This could be all over! Wait, no, Cow rolls with the submission and now he's on top in Power's guard! Nice work there by Cow!

The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.

Power tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Power has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

Cow manages to get back to half guard.
Cow trying to control but Power postures up.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Power is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
Power scores with a couple of good hammerfists.
Ground and pound from Power.
Cow is trying to control but can't.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.
Cow is pressing down on Power's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it.
Power postures up and lands a big shot to Cow's brow.
Power postures up in Cow's guard and throws a big left but Cow blocks it.
Power with a flurry of punches that miss.
Power throws and elbow that misses. Cow uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Power's guard. Nice move by Cow!

Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Power is trying to keep Cow in close.

Power is active off his back here, looking for submissions.

Cow drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Cow jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Cow stands up over Power, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Power keeping moving, preventing Cow from controlling successfully.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

A punch lands to the side of Power 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Cow throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Cow uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
Cow dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Cow connects with a single shot there.

Power moves into the clinch.
Power misses with a hook from the clinch.
Cow gets underhooks to prevent Power's takedown attempt.
Power wants a takedown.
Power goes for a takedown attempt but Cow pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Philip Power. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Power tries to land a front kick but Cow steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.

Cow throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Power stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

Power keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.

Cow shoots in but Power avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Cow scoring well with a low kick there.
Power closes the distance and clinches up with Cow, looking for a takedown. Power pushes Cow against the ropes but Cow circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Cow connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Power momentarily.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Cow fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Power manages to avoid it.
Cow throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.

Cow connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.

Power takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.

Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Cow.

Power wants to clinch.
Some wild striking there from Cow.
Cow swats away the attempt to clinch by Power.
Cow tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Power was well out of range. Poor timing from Cow.

Cow dives in and scores a takedown into Power's guard.

Power has his foot on Cow's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Cow works his way back into a safe position though.

Power is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Cow defends well.
Both fighters are breathing heavily.
Cow trying to control but Power is working from the bottom.
Power is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Cow wants to control from the top but Power keeps moving.

OK we're going to have a standup here. Super Cow hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.

Power drives through and clinches with Cow against the ropes.
Power drops down looking for an ankle pick but Cow pulls his leg out and moves away.
Cow connects with a looping right hand.
Cow lands a body shot.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Cow throws a solid leg kick but Power takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Cow.
Cow delivers a nice body kick.

And that's the end of the fight!
Super Cow comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I think Cow has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
