Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Owusu Andoh (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Housei Kage (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Andoh comes to the cage accompanied by Quiet. Housei Kage is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Owusu Andoh!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Housei Kage!
The judges for this bout are Sosuke Kotani, Ren Mimura and Taro Takaoka.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Andoh jabs Kage to the body, keeping him at a distance.
Andoh displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Kage.
Andoh chopping away at his opponent's legs.

Andoh clinches with his opponent.
Kage blocks an elbow strike.
Kage takes a knee to the side of the body.
Andoh has Kage pressed against the cage.
Andoh scores with a knee to the head.

Kage is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Andoh gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.
Andoh scores with a hook to the body.
Andoh is clearly stalling here... Pick up the pace son.
Andoh lands a body shot in the clinch.
Andoh is trying to wear down his opponent with knees to the body.
Kage looks gassed!
Kage wants to break the clinch but can't.

A frustrated look appears on Kage's face as he tries to break the clinch.
A nice left hand lands by Andoh.
Andoh stalling against the cage.
Andoh throws a nice elbow but it doesn't land.

Andoh lands a hook that snaps the head of Kage backwards.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

A frustrated look appears on Kage's face as he tries to break the clinch.
The two fighters are working to gain dominance in the clinch.
Andoh unloads a knee to the mid-section.
Andoh cracks Kage with a nice body shot.
Kage takes a knee to the side of the body.
Andoh will no doubt start fighting again in a minute but for now he's just having a little rest, leaning Kage up against the cage.

Andoh lands a nice looking hook to the body, against the cage.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Andoh is stalling here. The referee will be looking to step in if he doesn't pick up the pace.
The ref breaks the fighters up, due to lack of action by Owusu Andoh.

Andoh gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here.
Kage takes a knee to the side of the body.
Andoh lands a nice uppercut.
Kage takes a knee right on the jaw!
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Stalling in the clinch from Andoh.
Kage blocks the elbow strike.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Owusu Andoh dominated that round.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.


A nice inside leg kick there by Andoh. That's going to slow Kage down.
Kage throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Andoh's waist but Andoh gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Kage off to one side.

Andoh closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Kage is working for takedown but Andoh is calmly controlling the position for now.
Kage wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.

Kage takes a knee right on the jaw!
A right hook to the body lands for Andoh.
Andoh throws an elbow but it misses.
Owusu Andoh has scored more points in the clinch so far.
The referee calls for Andoh to work.
Andoh lands a body punch - he's looking to wear down Kage.
Andoh stays in close to his opponent and throws a right hand to the body.
The referee is keeping an eye on Andoh - much more stalling and he will separate the fighters.

Andoh is trying to wear down his opponent with knees to the body.
Andoh lands a nice shot to the body.
Andoh landing knees to the head.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Andoh is pressed up against the cage. Kage has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Andoh down to the mat. Andoh avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
Owusu Andoh has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Housei Kage.
Andoh connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.
Kage gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Andoh.

Andoh closes the distance and pushes Kage back into the cage.

Kage is rocked!

Kage is still on wobbly legs! Can Andoh finish him?
Andoh lands a good knee to the midsection. Kage won't want to take too many of those.
Andoh lands a body shot.
Kage seems to have recovered his senses.

Andoh drops Kage with a big knee straight up the middle! Kage is covering up against the cage but manages to escape and gets back to his feet!
Andoh lands a nice looking body shot.
Andoh fakes a right and follows up with a big left that drops Kage to one knee - oooooh, he's wobbly! Kage looks to clinch but Andoh throws him off and pummels him into the canvas! Kage taps out under the strikes! The fight is over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:49 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Strikes). Owusu Andoh!
