Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Vinny Palermo!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Donatello Bradman, Eliza Hachem and Winston Howard.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice takedown defense from Landers. No joy for Palermo on that attempt.
Palermo tries to score a power double leg takedown but Landers sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Palermo somewhat.
Palermo shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Landers sprawls well. Landers wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Palermo gets slowly back to his feet.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Vinny Palermo. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Landers clinches up against the cage.
Landers is trying to break the clinch but Palermo has him pressed against the cage.
