The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Masterson tries to score a power double leg takedown but Lyle sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Masterson somewhat.
Masterson shoots in and drives through. Lyle sprawls well.
Lyle blocks a head kick by Masterson.
Masterson with a lazy takedown attempt
and Lyle counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Masterson!
Kyle Lyle has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Ja Masterson.
