The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Jenkins rushes Paul and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Paul tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Jenkins smiles and moves away.

Jenkins shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Jenkins showed some decent athleticism there.

Jenkins is working for a kimura but Paul is defending it quite comfortably.
Paul tries to push off, looking to stand up, but Jenkins manages to move to mount!

Jenkins goes for an armbar but he's not got it… Paul turns into him and now he's in Jenkins's guard.

Paul wants to stand up, so he's looking to wriggle free of Jenkins's closed guard. He's half up but Jenkins has locked on to an arm! Uh oh! Jenkins pivots and extends the arm, Paul falls face first to the mat and taps??... does he?? YES! He's tapping! Excellent counter grappling there by Jenkins! Well done that man!
