The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Gavin scores with a hook to the body. Zwart takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Dennis Gavin is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Zwart thumps Gavin with a low kick.
Gavin lands a nice shot that snaps Zwart's head back.
Zwart has not gone for a single takedown so far in this fight, which seems like a very strange tactic when you consider that he has the superior wrestling and BJJ.
Zwart fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Gavin.
A solid body kick from Zwart.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Gavin crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Zwart - the referee stops the clock and Gavin gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Zwart. Gavin manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
