Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kaban Demidov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Cliff Huxtable (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Konstantin Menshow, Viktor Lagutenko and Valeri Chadov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Huxtable misses with a body kick.
Demidov tries to score with a leg kick but it misses it's target.
Huxtable tries to land a front kick but Demidov steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
Demidov swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Demidov thows a body shot but no joy.
Demidov gets caught flat footed, as Huxtable shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
Huxtable missing there with some ground and pound from the guard.
Huxtable throws and elbow that misses. Demidov uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Huxtable's guard. Nice move by Demidov!

Demidov throws an overhand right that lands on Huxtable's shoulder, as Huxtable tries to avoid the shot.

Demidov feints and then cracks Huxtable's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Huxtable down.

Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Demidov, as that shot connected.
A slapping leg kick lands for Demidov.
A kick lands to the mid section there for Huxtable.
Demidov misses with an uppercut.
Huxtable shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Huxtable throwing strikes here but Demidov is writhing around nicely and avoiding any serious damage.
Huxtable lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
It looks like Kaban Demidov has been cut.

Huxtable throws a strike there. Demidov manages to avoid it well and slips a leg under to get to half guard.

Huxtable has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Huxtable is trying to control the action in half guard but Demidov is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.

Huxtable slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
Huxtable stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Demidov swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Huxtable stands up over Demidov, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.

Huxtable sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Demidov's guard.
Huxtable thows a huge punch but Demidov dodges it nicely.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Huxtable thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Demidov's head.
Huxtable looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Demidov with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
This has been an exciting period of action!
