The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McGown throws a right and a left that Bambrough avoids nicely.
McGown swats away the attempt to clinch by Bambrough.
McGown keeps the fight on the outside.
Bambrough waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract McGown.

Bambrough tries to close the distance and clinch but McGown swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
McGown throws a jab when Bambrough was well out of range.

Bambrough closes the distance and clinches.

A nice glancing elbow lands by Bambrough.

Bambrough lands a knee to the head.
McGown is trying to push Bambrough away but Bambrough has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.
McGown is trying to break the clinch but Bambrough has him pressed against the cage.

Bambrough pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.

Bambrough gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Bambrough works for underhooks and lands a body shot in the process.
Bambrough lands with a good tight uppercut to the head.

Bambrough creates a bit of space for himself and sneaks an elbow through McGown's defenses.
McGown tries to pull guard but Bambrough holds him up against the cage and eventually McGown drops back down to his feet.

Bambrough connects with a big uppercut there that sends McGown tumbling to the ground! Bambrough follows him down into his guard.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Bambrough decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on McGown, up you get!
Oh McGown is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
McGown throws out a loose jab but Bambrough uses good head movement to avoid it.
Bambrough drops McGown with a huge uppercut! McGown drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes. Bambrough is raining down punches and the ref stops the fight! This one is all over!
