The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fang lands a leg kick that knocks Torrentini off balance momentarily.
Fang fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Torrentini manages to avoid it.
Torrentini shoots in for a takedown but Fang shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
A head kick misses from Fang.
Fang lands with a nice combination. Torrentini backs away looking to recover.
Fang thows a body shot but no joy.
A kick lands to the mid section there for Fang.
Torrentini looks gassed!
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Fang lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Fang.

It looks like Luciano Torrentini has been cut.
Fang connects with a single shot there.
Fang chopping away at his opponent's legs.
Fang scores with a nice body kick.

Fang just misses with a punch to the body.
Fang stuffs the takedown.

Torrentini displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Fang throws out the jab.
Fang lands a really nice looking cross but Torrentini seems unphased.

Tau Fang seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Fang throws a right hand that Torrentini ducks under and follows up with a left that Torrentini also avoids with ease.
Fang lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Some bone on bone action there as Torrentini checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.

Fang connects with a good right hand that stumbles Torrentini. Torrentini circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
Torrentini takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Torrentini shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Fang as he jumps to the side.
Tau Fang has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Luciano Torrentini.

Torrentini is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Fang misses with a body shot.
Torrentini is trying desperately to land a takedown but Fang is having absolutely none of it. This is turning into a bit of a nightmare for Torrentini.

A nice leg kick lands there from Fang.
Fang tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Torrentini was well out of range. Poor timing from Fang.
Fang swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Torrentini avoids the head kick by Fang.
Torrentini takes a head kick and shrugs it off.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Torrentini takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?
Fang is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches.

Fang throws a hook but Torrentini avoids it easily.
Fang connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Nice sprawl there from Fang as Torrentini shoots in.
Fang lands with a cross.
Crunch! Fang slams his shin into Torrentini's torso.
Fang cracks Torrentini on the jaw with a powerful right hand and Torrentini falls backwards against the cage. Fang follows up with more strikes that drop Torrentini to his knees. Fang keeps the pressure on and the referee jumps in to save Torrentini! This one is all over!
