Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Zydrunas Zavickas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kaarlo Vihtala (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Zavickas's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Mötley Crüe: Girl's Girl's Girl's. Vihtala has chosen Pohjois-Karjala as his entrance music. The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Vihtala misses with a combination
and Vihtala takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Zavickas throws a poor cross that misses
and Vihtala counters with a good low kick that Zavickas was not able to check.
A telegraphed right hand from Zavickas misses the target.
Zavickas will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.

Zavickas shoots for a takedown but Vihtala saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Zavickas moves out of range as Vihtala throws a body kick.

Zavickas jumps guard but Vihtala stands there with Zavickas around his waist. Zavickas gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

Zavickas is trying to drag Vihtala to the mat but Vihtala just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.

Vihtala feints and then cracks Zavickas's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Zavickas down.
That kick from Vihtala tenderised Zavickas's leg. Zavickas is trying to keep his angry face on.
A looping hook to the body misses from Zavickas. Vihtala does a little dance to reset his feet.
Zavickas takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.

Nice uppercut lands for Vihtala. That snapped Zavickas's head back.
Vihtala lands a left and a right that send Zavickas crashing to the mat, dazed. Vihtala thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
Zavickas is rocked!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Vihtala sees an opening and throws a straight punch right through Zavickas's defenses. It connects perfectly with Zavickas's jaw and knocks him out cold! Wow - that's a contender for knockout of the year - absolutely brutal!
