The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Omena throws a jab when Krusher was well out of range.
We're hearing some news coming in from back stage. It's official - Krusher has eaten all the pies!
Omena scores with a kick to the midsection.
That kick from Omena tenderised Krusher's leg. Krusher is trying to keep his angry face on.
Krusher looks gassed!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Omena connects with a vicious head kick that knocks Krusher to the floor! Omena dives in looking for the finish!

It looks like Bone Krusher has been cut.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
Omena wants to lay and pray for a moment but Krusher keeps working.
Omena wants to stand up but Krusher is controlling the position.
Omena throwing shots but Krusher is blocking nicely.
Omena is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position.
Omena content to sit in half guard and control for a moment.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Omena connects with a nice short shot to Krusher's temple.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Krusher can do anything to dispel that myth.

Omena looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.

Omena is looking to take a break and control but Krusher is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

Omena is just content to waste time from the top position. Krusher takes advantage of the situation and regains full guard.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Krusher has control of Omena's left arm, preventing Omena from doing any damage.

The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!

Omena misses with a head kick.
Omena tries to land a leg kick but Krusher saw it coming and moves away.
Krusher looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Omena lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Krusher has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Krusher and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
Omena tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Omena will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.
Omena throws a sloppy head kick and Krusher moves out of range easily.
Krusher lands a high kick!

It looks like Jukka Omena has been cut.
It really doesn't seem like the step up in weight is hurting Omena here at all. He's more than holding his own against the bigger man.
Krusher moves in looking to clinch but Omena pushes him off.
Omena does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.

Omena bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Krusher's head.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Omena knocks Krusher to the floor with a head kick! Can he finish him!?

Krusher is rocked!
Krusher tries to wriggle free to get back to his feet but he's given up his back! Oops.
Krusher is still in real trouble! Can Omena finish him?
Omena scores with punches to the body.
Krusher is breathing heavily.

Omena drops a couple of huge strikes from the back position and Krusher is in real trouble here! Omena lands more strikes and the referee has to step in to end the fight! Omena is delighted!
