Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Stone Freightrain (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and James Brown (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Freightrain kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genuis that is Ride the Lightning. Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

The judges for this bout are Alyssa Summers, Bruno Lombardi and Eddie Farnsworth.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Freightrain stuffs the takedown attempt from Brown. Brown gets slowly back to his feet.
Freightrain throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Brown.
Nice sprawl there from Freightrain as Brown shoots in.

Freightrain can't escape the position.
Freightrain tries to hold on but Brown pushes him away.

Brown is looking for a kimura but Freightrain is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Brown to get the leverage.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Brown doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Freightrain connects with a single shot there.
Freightrain displaying good standup as he scores with a three punch combination.

Freightrain shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Brown can do anything to dispel that myth.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Brown is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.

Brown seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.

Brown is taking a breather. Freightrain says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.
Freightrain is looking to sinch up a gullotine here but Brown pulls his head out easily.

Freightrain is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Freightrain on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound.
Brown seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Freightrain does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
Brown takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.
Freightrain is not content to let Brown control the position.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Freightrain wants to control but Brown is keeping busy and won't allow it.
Brown is looking for a kimura here.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fight is doing enough on the ground.
Freightrain lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
Brown gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Freightrain counters with a series of strikes. Brown will be more careful next time no doubt.
Stone Freightrain has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of James Brown.
Freightrain throws a head kick but Brown moves out of range.
Brown looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Freightrain is fending him off so far but Brown persists. Nope, Freightrain circles away and we're back to standing.
A big head kick from Freightrain and Brown is sent sprawling to the canvas!
Brown is rocked!
Freightrain seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.
Brown is still in real trouble! Can Freightrain finish him?

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Brown wants to sweep here but Freightrain controlling him for the moment.
Freightrain pushing down on Brown's thigh, trying to pass to half guard. He's managed it... Nice work.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Stone Freightrain dominated that round.
That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.
Freightrain lands with a right and another and another! Brown is in big trouble! Freightrain lands again and this time it's lights out for Brown! A quality knockout there for Freightrain.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:05 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Stone Freightrain!
