The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pulver misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Walker falls off balance throwing a combination

and Pulver counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Walker's guard now.
Walker manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Pulver manages to get himself to full guard.
Walker is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.
Walker slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.
Pulver is looking for a sweep.
Walker controls the position.
Pulver is trying to control Walker's posture but Walker avoids it.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Pulver is letting Walker control him for a moment.
Pulver tries to improve position but can't.
Walker is maintaining the dominant position - no doubt Pulver will start to get frustrated soon if he's not already.

Walker decides to stand up, so the ref orders Pulver to his feet.

Pulver shoots in but Walker avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Pulver is breathing heavily.
Walker wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Pulver shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Walker pinned against the cage. Walker gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Tommy Pulver. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Walker ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Walker will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Walker scores with a one two! Pulver had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.
Donk. Walker catches Pulver right on the button with a cross.

Pulver is rocked!

Walker connects with a nice cross there... Pulver is looking wobbly and Walker recognises it - he's rushed in and lands two more brutal shots that send Pulver to the canvas, out cold! A brutal finish to the fight - Walker jumps onto the cage to celebrate with the crowd!
