The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Klaus shoots in and drives through. Landers sprawls well.
Klaus tries for a takedown but Landers circles away easily
and Landers counters with a one-two to the body.
Klaus fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Kevin Landers has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Austin Klaus.

Landers rushes Klaus and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.

Landers pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Klaus showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Landers.
Landers fails to land with a series of punches.
Landers misses with the combination.
Landers tries to bum rush Klaus with a series of wild strikes but Klaus uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Klaus fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.

Landers throws a left that rocks Klaus and follows with a right that sends him tumbling to the canvas! Landers dives into side control, looking to finish! Can Klaus regain composure!

Klaus is rocked!

It looks like Austin Klaus has been cut.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Landers lands a strong strike to the head of Klaus. That's dazed him! Landers looking to finish here. Klaus is waving his arms around trying to block but he's hurt badly - Landers lands more strikes and the referee steps in to end the fight!
