Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Nebojsa Kraljevic (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mak Artur (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Artur comes into a darkened arena with his song building. I Shall Return kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Mak Artur will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The judges for this bout are Steve Erwin, Donatello Bradman and Damien Edna.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Artur with a nice cross.
Artur throws a hook but Kraljevic avoids it easily.
Kraljevic tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Artur was well out of range. Poor timing from Kraljevic.
Kraljevic misses with a body kick.
Mak Artur seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
A slow jab from Artur misses its intended target.
Artur moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.
Artur pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Kraljevic back to the cage. Artur follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.

Artur misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Kraljevic ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Artur moves away.
Artur throws a jab but it's blocked by Kraljevic.

The fighters circling - Artur throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Kraljevic misses with a kick to the body.

and Artur counters with a right hand to the body.
Kraljevic shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Kraljevic was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.
Artur is trying to stand but he's not in a good position to be doing that! Kraljevic has taken his back!
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Artur looking very determined here, making life difficult for Kraljevic.
I really don't envy Artur right now.
Artur turns into Kraljevic and is now in his guard.
Artur has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Kraljevic is proving hard to escape from.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Artur stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Kraljevic swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Artur is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.
Artur wants to stand and escape but instead Kraljevic has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Kraljevic is posturing up here but Artur has hold of an arm and he's gone for an armbar! Kraljevic tries to roll out but it's too tight and Kraljevic has to tap! Slick submission there by Artur!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Armbar). Mak Artur!
Mak Artur decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
