Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Thunder Lips (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Eldar Jah (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Thunder Lips has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 6 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Thunder Lips!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Eldar Jah!
The judges for this bout are Donatello Bradman, Skip Squint and Eliza Hachem.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jah throws a right hand that Lips ducks under and follows up with a left that Lips also avoids with ease.
Jah blocks a jab.
Lips has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.
Jah cracks Lips with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
Jah lands a right hook to the body.
Jah tries to clinch up but Lips circles away and keeps his distance.
Lips throws a lazy right hand but Jah sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Jah with a body punch. A glancing blow.
Jah throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Jah lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.

Lips scores with a takedown into Jah's guard.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.

Jah looking for a guillotine here but Lips defends easily.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Jah looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Lips stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Jah swivels though and keeps the full guard.

That's one minute gone in the round.

Jah looking for a guillotine here but Lips defends easily.

Jah throws his legs up looking to secure a triangle. Oh, that looks pretty tight, I gotta say! Lips escapes and throws Jah's legs to the side, diving into side control!
Jah looks gassed!

Lips tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Lips has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
Lips is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down Jah's shoulder. That is not cool.
Lips will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Lips wants to control but Jah is keeping him busy.
Jah manages to get back to half guard.
Jah should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Lips seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.
Lips is trying to control the action in half guard but Jah is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.

Jah with the active half guard here but Lips passes nicely into side control.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

It looks like Eldar Jah has been cut.
Lips wants to lay and pray for a moment but Jah keeps working.
Jah tries to buck Lips off but Lips is having none of it.

Lips is working for what looks like an arm triangle here. Jah is trying to escape and Lips transitions quickly into an armbar! He's slapped it on tight and Jah is forced to tap! Nice work there by Lips! Very nice indeed!
