The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cain moves in looking to clinch but Leung pushes him off.
Leung throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.
Cain is looking to clinch but Leung is avoiding it.

Leung feints and as Cain raises his hands in defense, Leung changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.
Leung controlling from the top position.

Cain working for a triangle but Leung defends it easily.

Cain escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Leung gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Cain looking to try and escape his hips here, looking for a submission. It looks like he's going for a triangle but Leung is defending well. Cain quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! Leung has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! Cain celebrates on the cage, with the crowd.
