Burell comes into the arena with When Worlds Collide--Powerman 5000 blaring out of the sound system. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Jack Bonds and Don Winkell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rogan pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Burell back to the cage. Rogan follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.
It looks like Justin Burell has been cut.
Rogan lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
This has been an exciting period of action!
The fighters circling - Burell throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Burell walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
Burell looks for a takedown but Rogan sprawls well.
Oooooh!!! Rogan has knocked Burell down with a huge combo! Rogan steps away and waves a wobbly Burell back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!

Burell misses with a takedown attempt - Rogan sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.

Rogan misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Rogan tries to bum rush Burell with a series of wild strikes but Burell uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Rogan throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Rogan throws a head kick that misses.
Burell looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Justin Burell. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Rogan swings away with a body shot that misses
and Burell counters with a stiff right hand.
Rogan lands a left and a right that send Burell crashing to the mat, dazed. Rogan thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

Burell keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Sloppy strikes from Rogan. Those never looked like landing.
Rogan lands a jab-cross combination.
Oh Burell is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Justin Burell's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it.
Burell dodges the punch combination from Rogan.

Rogan lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
Joe Rogan is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Rogan scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Justin Burell's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
